Wojo

Rooted in alternative rock, dipped in coffee-shop acoustic, a dash of grunge, hints of blues with a smooth melodic finish, Wojo’s music explores progressive new territory of his songwriting, incorporating elements of dance music, pop, metal, and psychedelia. Drawing from over a decade of life experience, his introspective lyrics cover topics ranging from failed relationships and codependence to personal and artistic growth under constraints of corporate culture. Despite the abundance of heavy subject matter, an optimistic Wojo playfully pokes fun at his peers for taking themselves too seriously, proving always to be the jester.

Mëttle

Remember the 90’s? When not being cool was cool? When even though a band fell in the same genre as another they didn’t sound the same -Alice in Chains didn’t sound like Pearl Jam and Nirvana didn’t sound like Soundgarden? We’re a band who just wants to be us. We’re influenced by music; not Metal, Country, Alt-rock, Trip-Hop, Mariachi, etc. I don’t know about you, but when was the last time you were in the same mood for ten years straight? That’s what I thought. Just like our emotions change so should our music. We could never be content playing just one style of music.

Formed in 2016, for no other reason than we wanted to have fun, but then something changed. We decided we wanted to try to give back to world what our favorite artists have given to us. Even if we never accomplish that goal, hell, it’s worth a shot right?

We are Mettle, and this what we’re made of.

Oh yeah… Megan Rice on Vocals, Scott Gossett on Guitar, Anthony Gossett on Bass, and Raul Ochoa on the drums.

Mossom

MOSSOM is a high energy indie rock duo made in Cleveland, Ohio. The fearless drum and bass two-piece broke onto the scene in 2016 with the release of their fiercely unique debut EP, produced by multi-platinum artist and producer, Michael Seifert.

It’s rare to find an act of this scale with such an epic live footprint. Described as “an alternative rock experience with an amazingly original sound,” by the Fresh Committee – MOSSOM puts a “harder, heavier spin on the raw rock revitalized by the likes of the White Stripes and the Black Keys,” says Indie U Magazine.

As craftsmen, they bring a refreshing style of storytelling, musicianship and true presence to the stage. In the tradition of groundbreaking rock duos like the UK’s Royal Blood, MOSSOM delivers a distinct vibe that’s been compared to Cage the Elephant, Primus and the Kooks.

As the band’s lyricist, Moss’ arresting vocals power hopeful urgency, mixing the sarcasm of David Byrne with Henry Rollins directness dystopia and frayed folklore. Replete with adventurous bass playing reminiscent of Geddy Lee and Mike Watt – Moss’ high energy bass work drives harder with every turn.

The band’s power source? Russ Herbert’s high octane percussion. The former minor league pitcher brings an undeniable athleticism and skill to his drumming. A fanboy of The Police’s Copeland and Dave Matthews Band’s Beauford – Herbert’s improvisational style is an unstoppable force.

Coolcleveland.com says, “Call it ear-splitting, mind-blowing, sternum-rattling or earth-shaking. Just don’t think it’s like anything you’ve heard (or seen) before.”

He is known in New England mostly for his freestyling abilities and gritty style of rapping, using life experiences to capture raw perspectives and lyricism few can match. His debut album, Live & Direct, is a "must-listen" for any true Hip-Hop head, featuring incredible beat production and guest vocals from some of New Englands' finest.

Madison Mueller

Madison Mueller is a 17 year old singer/songwriter from Barrie Ontario. She has been playing and studying music for over ten years, and started performing wherever possible since she was 8. Over the years, performing developed into a love and a dream to make it her whole life. Over the past year, Madison has released two studio produced singles and is looking to have an EP in the near future. Both songs have received plenty of airplay around the world and they are continuing to circulate.
As much as she enjoys being in the studio, Madison can't help but love the feeling of live performances and is always ready and searching for gigs around southern Ontario.

The Strands

The Strands, formed late 2011, have been gaining critical acclaim with their genre defying sound that they like to call Artisanal. With an emphasis on thoughtful and provocative lyrics The Strands groove as Amanda Campbell delivers their original material with passion. Alongside West Coast Blues Hall of Famer, Richard Green on lead guitar playing elegant and restrained rhythms and solos is key board player, composer, song writer, teacher and poet, Susan Ferrari on keys and background vocal. Strands founder, Paul rounds out the band on Bass. Joining the band for L.A. gigs only and recording is Lance Tamanaha, who has been holding down the groove since he was 12 years old.

Ben Cote Band

The Ben Cote Band formed in the summer of 2014. Lead guitarist and vocalist Ben Cote joined up with hard hitting drummer Sam Mogel and began playing shows in the greater Boston area. In December of 2015, Ben’s Berklee College of Music classmate, Max Dzeiwit joined the band on bass, thus completing the lineup.
The band features pyrotechnic guitars, big heavy drums and deep driving bass tracks. Heavily influenced by classic rock icons such as Eddie Van Halen, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix and others, the band is currently playing at a variety of venues in the New England area.

Newborn

" At a time when most attention is being thrown towards bands that deliver cold, corporate rock, Newborn has a spirituality that will touch listeners unlike anything else in the genre right now. "
When you think of emerging bands from Brooklyn you think of the bustling artistic conveyor belt that is Williamsburg and Bushwick. but Newborn, both geographically and musically, hail from the other side of town. Growing up in Coney Island, singer/guitarist Allen James and bassist Eric Weglicki met in high school where they began playing music together and obsessing over bands like Muse, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, and Metallica. It wasn't long before they formed a band of their own. They called it "Newborn" which represents a time in life where everything seemed possible.

Duncan Daniels

Duncan's musical talents became evident at a young age, and those around him quickly took notice when he started writing music and playing the piano at the age of 11. He accredits his passion for music to growing up listening to artists such as U2, Bon Jovi, boyz II men, and of course the late great Michael Jackson. At the age of 15, the talented teen already started producing music and working with various Record labels and production companies worldwide. As an avid Traveler, he has performed at major events all around the world, including Europe, Africa, and North America. And in 2006 Duncan released his debut album I Don Taya, compiled of 12 tracks that holds classic tunes such as Will Tomorrow Ever Come, Take me Home, to name a few. On February 14th 2010 Duncan dropped his sophomore album titled Sho Stoppah, which includes hits like the song "Like This" in which he teams up with MTV Africa's 2009 award winning rapper, M.I. You can also find Duncan on the worldwide Coast2Coast Mixtape Vol 87 presented by Lil Fats.

Mandy Pennington

Mandy currently has almost 50 songs registered with ASCAP, and continues to write daily. She released her first full-length album, “Kindling,” in 2016. “Kindling” is a thirteen-song record based on the discovery of self and soul, especially in the torrents of heartbreak. Later that same year, she released a four-song ukulele-based EP, “Aria,” which gave a cheery, summery vibe and a light-hearted look at young love. In January 2017, she released her first independent EP, “Enough.” The record was a seven-song reflection on the deep loss of love and its effect on self-worth. It was written, recorded, and mixed independently as a labor of love, and Mandy hopes it can be a place of understanding, and even comfort, to the listener as much as it was for her in the creation. She also has released multiple singles such as “Just For Now,” “Addicted,” “Impossible Us,” and more. In addition, Mandy has produced music with her previous bands Highland (2014-2015) and A.M. (2016 - 2017). Her music can be found on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, Noisetrade, Soundcloud, ReverbNation, and more. She released her first professionally-recorded EP, Now & Then, on December 1, 2017.
